The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing any part of the 299beg platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Use of the 299beg platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to be permitted to hold an account and use the platform's services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 299beg strictly prohibits use of its services by individuals under the age of 18 in all circumstances, without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You must not be acting as a professional gambler for commercial gain in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or gambling block that would restrict your access to online gambling services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 299beg does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions outside of its primary target market.

• One Account Rule: Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on 299beg. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• No Account Sharing or Transfer: Your 299beg account is personal to you. You may not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit any other person to access or use your account. Any wager placed through your account is deemed to have been placed by you.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal, and at any time 299beg deems it necessary, you will be required to complete KYC identity verification by submitting valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access.

All financial transactions on 299beg are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform.

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladesh bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 299beg, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 299beg balance within seconds of payment confirmation by your mobile wallet provider. 299beg is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• All deposited funds must be used for genuine gambling activity on the platform. Deposits made solely for the purpose of exploiting payment processing or bonus systems are prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed by 299beg during support hours. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is typically within 30 minutes of approval during active support hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 299beg account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. 299beg reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus balances become withdrawable only after satisfying the applicable wagering requirements specified in the associated promotion terms.
• 299beg reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

299beg offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major international cricket tournaments. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the 299beg platform. By placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these rules in full.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 299beg. 299beg reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of a system error, odds error, or irregular betting activity.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Individual game and betting market minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. These limits may vary by game, market, and player tier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided by 299beg in the event of a technical error, data feed error, manifest odds error, event cancellation, or other exceptional circumstance. Where a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market conditions. 299beg reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded will be voided.
• Casino Games: All casino games are governed by the rules published by the individual game provider. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account and payment matters; game-specific outcomes are governed by the provider's certified rules and RNG systems.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the game will be resolved according to the relevant provider's disconnection policy. 299beg will not be held liable for connection failures caused by the player's own internet service provider or device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299beg platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account on 299beg, whether for personal use or on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 299beg.
• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended by 299beg, including but not limited to automated betting tools, game prediction software, or odds-scraping programs.
• Exploiting any technical bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability in the platform's software or games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of deposits, or use of the platform for any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using a third party's account, for any purpose.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at 299beg staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location to the platform.

299beg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a relevant authority requiring account closure.
• A period of account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months, subject to dormancy policies as communicated to the player.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 299beg will notify the player via the email address registered to the account. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may contact [email protected] to request a review.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299beg and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any actions taken by 299beg in good faith in response to suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory requirements.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 299beg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By using the 299beg platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds you deposit. 299beg is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the platform.

299beg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 299beg will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address held on account, a notification displayed upon next login, or a prominent notice on the Terms & Conditions page.

The effective date of any revised version of these Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. The most current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.
